Parrott & Parkin Construction Ltd were successfully awarded the tender to supply and install new window and door sections at Tendring Technology College. The project included a combination of Comar 9Pi window walling with top-hung openers and Comar 6 EFT single units, providing the school with a durable, energy-efficient upgrade.

Our team managed every aspect of the contract, including on-site and office-based project management, safe removal and disposal of all waste materials, and full asbestos removal of the existing units complete with post-removal testing. The works were completed to strict educational-sector standards, ensuring safety, compliance, and long-lasting performance throughout the building.
